TDS data came from many client formats. Section mapping and rate checks were manual, and short deductions were found only after notices arrived.

Outcome

Short deductions are caught before filing rather than after a notice.

Normalises client ledgers into one deduction table
Maps each payment to its section, rate and threshold
Flags short or missed deductions before the return
Prepares return-ready data
Tracks notices against the deductions they question
