Problem

Circulars, past working papers and research notes sat in folders nobody searched. Answers were rebuilt from memory, and the source page was rarely recorded. A reviewer could not tell which document a statement came from.

Outcome

Research questions are answered with a citation a reviewer can open. The habit of recording the page travelled from the tool into the working papers.

What it does

Indexes circulars, notifications and my own notes page by page
Answers a question with the passage and its document and page
Flags when two sources disagree on the same provision
Keeps the library current as new notifications arrive
Exports a cited note straight into a working paper

Built with: Python, Postgres with pgvector, a Claude model for answers, self-built
